Course Objectives The purpose of this course is teaching and examining current problems of offenses against Sexual Immunity. Besides that this course aim is teaching the students a further thought in criminal law at a level of graduate education, to gain an ability for analysis of legal problems at the advanced level.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who succeeded in this course will be able to: • To analyse legal disputes and issues in advanced level
  • To do scientific research and to evaluate output’s of research
  • To gain the ability for critical thinking in a matter of criminal law
  • To do scientific research in the field of criminal law.
Course Description In the scope of this course is introducing offenses against sexual immunity at the criminal law, later on, proceed by assignment and presentation of students.
